Situation & Objective

 

A large pharmaceutical company launched omnichannel promotional and disease education campaigns in Oncology and Neuroscience therapeutical areas across channels including-

 

    • Company Microsite
    • 3rd Party campaigns across vendors
    • Social Media campaigns including LinkedIn and Twitter promotions

 

The firm wanted to track the performance across these campaigns for effectiveness with the following objectives:

 

  • Microsite: Online presence, improve user experience, and boost sales through live web connectors
  • 3rd party: Driving traffic and content engagement
  • Social Media: Strengthen its social media presence, engage with HCP’s, and monthly update

 

The output KPIs were visualized in the form of Qlik dashboards with multiple views.

  • Analyzed and modelled the data to convert them into required KPIs to be updated on Qlik
